Shipping Policy
Standard UK delivery
- Free standard delivery for orders over £50
- Orders below £50 only £2.95 delivery.
- Deliveries take 2-3 working days.
- Our carrier partner delivers 7 days a week between the hours 8.00am to 8.00pm.
- We do deliver to British Forces addresses.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please check your junk folder, if you haven't received the email.
If you wish to change your delivery address or deliver to a safe space this can be done by signing into your shipping account and managing your shipment. If you are not at home, but have selected a leave safe option, a photo will be taken, and a geolocation raised.

There are additional charges to all shipments outside of mainland UK. Orders for standard delivery take 5-7 working days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to their orders.
