My first month
Easier movement in limbs and can raise arms without pain. Easier walking once I get going (!) I can walk comfortably for quite some distance . I don't need the bus everywhere.

I am into my first month taking the Active 8 & also into my Summer hol. @ my daughters home. This involves a lot of walking every day (10000 steps ) @I am managing this with few difficulties.As I had previously been the main carer for my wife & being restricted in my exercise I am pleased with my ability to conduct a pretty good range of activities as an 84 year old.

Remarkable
I have had increased pain in my knees over several years, following football, injuries. It had come to the point I couldn't kneel without extreme pain. After 3 months use of activ8, I AM now able to kneel, with just a little pain. I purchased a year's supply initially, I had become desperate, but so pleased I did. Things are still getting easier... unless I overdo it! Thanks. I have also been using your blood sugar additive, at a recent annual check-up the nurse was very pleased with my blood test, everything normal. Unfortunately I only bought 3 months supply ,so need to restock. Satisfied customer!
